Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Blocksmith, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Blocksmith provides AI-generated personalised training blocks for endurance and strength athletes. Training blocks are generated based on the information you provide and are intended as a coaching aid, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new training programme.

We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes. Results depend on factors entirely outside our control, including your adherence, health status, and individual physiology.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at arthur@blocksmith.training if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and inclusive of any applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Price changes.We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it takes effect on your subscription.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the service or its AI outputs at scale.
• Share account credentials with others or resell access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information that could degrade outputs for other users.

The Blocksmith platform, brand, and underlying AI models are owned by us and protected by copyright. The training blocks generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit generated content without written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you submit (training logs, preferences). By submitting it you grant us a limited licence to use it to provide and improve the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blocksmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of earnings. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
